When you and your family are on a leisure trip to a place visiting very first time, what do you do? Enjoy the city, browse things to do, try new restaurants, check out cool places to be at, and have fun. I and my family did that all during  year 2011 family long weekend trip in Phoenix, AZ. I even had a round of golf in an upscale Scottsdale Golf Course. Quite an adventure and city, I must say. 

Born with investing and real estate passion, I decided to check out local real estate market on my last day of our vacation. After few hours of research, I quickly figured out that it was once in lifetime opportunity to buy real estate in Phoenix! Without wasting time I extended my trip by couple more days and ended up buying an investment residential property! Needless to say that it turned out to be the best investment in my life, hands down!

I am Professional Engineer with MBA. I worked in few Multi-National Companies in prominent positions including Sales and Business Manager. I always wanted to complement my inner enterpreneur instincts. Here I am! Became a full time Real Estate Broker to start my own venture and fuel my real estate instincts!! 

I specifically take pride in my negotiating skills without leaving a feeling with other party that I (my client) had an upper hand! In my past life I helped negotiating multi-million contracts - this experience has come quite handy. I have formal training in Real Estate Negotiations and also hold RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.
